I was always told that being an artist is not a real career. Making your way through the creative industries would be equivalent to making your way as a professional lottery winner. Consequently, when I left school I studied architecture at the prestigious Cardiff University, intended to combine my love of design with my mathematical problem-solving mind-set. I got my degree and worked in London for 2 weeks as an Architectural assistant before I realised that choosing a career to appease the views of others was the dumbest thing I’d ever done.

A couple of years later and I have re-specialised as a professional lottery winner, aka an Artist. I am interested in all things uncertain, and in my experience most aspects of life fall into grey-areas. My work focuses on narratives, primarily aiming to construct compelling visual stories that encourage audiences to adopt wider perspectives.
