My work explores process and mixed media, looking at expressive and often abstract concepts. With quite a fine art approach, my art tries to push the boundaries of what we consider illustration to be. A love of texture and collage means I try to make my work tactile. Covering subjects from feminism to environmental issues, I want my work to have hidden depths that the viewer has to work to explore and comprehend. I believe art is an expression of ones self and I like having the freedom to venture through that, without boundaries or the fear of failure and mistakes. There are no right or wrong answers, only choices.
