When I first started university the idea of creating a picture book didn’t inspire me, why would someone spend all their time making a book aimed at children, however I have now become so intrigued in picture books as well as educational illustration. One day I will be a children’s book illustrator/author, being able to create an imaginative world that young children are able to delve into and fly away in a rocket ship is what I want to achieve. Colour is something I want to push to its full potential I have tried to accomplish that when working with watercolour capturing the vibrant colours.
